Launched in 2022, The Roastery is the culmination of 5 years in business as Dayglow. What began as a multi roaster subscription platform became several cafes and deep relationships with countless roasters and producers. None more important than our friends Chris Gatti and Melissa Bartz, owners of Little Wolf Coffee in Ipswich, Massachusetts. In 2018 when we were deciding on our core lineup Little Wolf was featured and quickly became a customer favorite both in store and online. Naturally they became our main offering and biggest supplier over the years. As Dayglow grew Chris and Melissa grew with us as well. |
When the time came that Dayglow decided to start roasting, we quickly realized that it would also mean an end to that partnership. Turns out it was only beginning. After lengthy conversations Chris and Melissa along with Tohm launched a new roasting company under Dayglow. A quirky postal service-esque roastery with its sights on national wholesale distribution. Together this coastal collective have a full spectrum of experience that in itself is what Dayglow was always about, to share beautiful coffees beautifully.
